7 years.
Congrats Ralph on a strong finish with the Master's Men!
In addition, he recently finished 2nd place in his age group in
the WiSport RR.

(ID) has become quite the multisport athlete, having completed her
first ever triathlon, followed by her very first duathlon
(The Camel Back
Duathlon) where she finished 2nd overall in her age group, and
then her 2nd place OVERALL Female in her first solo adventure in
PA.
Way to go, Gina!
- Road Cyclist,
Becky M. (PA) is on a roll lately...literally! In her 2nd season
of racing she has accumulated several Cat 4 wins, and several
impressive breakaways in the Open 1/2/3/4 fields.
Becky LOVES to
climb.

Speedway TT in Charlotte. Marianne ALSO WON the series title in the Pro, 1/2 women's division.

- Tara S. (SC)
set a quick pace for
her very first 5K Walk/Run at the Turkey Trot in Greenville, SC
recently.
- Michael
Johnson (FL) finished 4th place in the FL State Senior Games Road
Race, his first ever road race!

Masterton (GA) significantly improved his mph pace
during the Share the
Road Labor Day Metric Century in Atlanta, GA.
- Coach Kim
Morrow
qualified to go to the Xterra World Championships in Hawaii this
fall. (Xterra events are off-road triathlons which include
swimming, mountain biking, and trail running.)

Congrats
to Jennifer Young
for winning the SC State Mountain Bike Championships in
Spartanburg, SC.
- Badger Alt
finished the Assault on Mt. Mitchell in 5:50, beating his goal of
6.5 hours by over 40 minutes. Good job, Badger!

to Nick Sparler
for winning the first "B" road race at the Donaldson Center in
Greenville, SC.
- Marianne Holt
set a PR
during this season's very first 10 mile training race around Lowes
Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC.

Cunningham
has had some great spring races which have included several top
finishes in Pro 1/2 road events. Good job, Jim!
- Shane Braley
has upgraded from a Cat 3 to a Cat 2
and is now competing
in some challenging Pro 1/2 races. Go, Shane! Shane will also be heading
off to Belgium for some training & racing soon.

for his two TOP 20 finishes at Junior Nationals in Park City, UT.
Shane
finished 14th in the Road race and 18th in the Crit, out of fields
of approximately 130 riders!

looks to have a quick 40K time trial at this team relay event.
